The poll results are in! The overwhelming majority of folks would like to meet during business hours. Since our group is small (but mighty) we'll start with an hour slot and see if we can fill it. Using the Tuckman stages of group development, I can say with confidence that we are still very much in the Forming stage. Our first several meetings will have a set agenda to work from while also allowing for room to grow organically in whichever direction our interests lead us. Please take a look at the Kickoff Meeting agenda I've posted and pinned to the top of the feed.
I answered your poll for during the workday, but am good for anything other than the weekend. I'm assuming these would be Zoom / virtual meetings for now.
