CRM Analytics for Slack (beta)

Hi, 

We are using the Send to Slack button on the CRM Analytics desktop environment. When a user clicks the button and selects to send an Opportunity record to a specific user, the receiving user will receive the message from Slackbot.

Is there a way to update this to be able to have the receiving user have the message appear in their DMs from the user who sent it, so it appears as they are receiving the message directly from them?

When I click import notifications in the CRM Analytics App in Slack, I get an error message that reads, "1853139347-193996 (1075381280) An error occurred while processing an action". My slack account is connected as malarie.knox@salesforce.com. I'm on VPN, I'm signed in to SSO, I restarted Slack, I restarted my computer. Any other troubleshooting tips for me? 

Hi Team,

I have a Github account but am unable to login into it because it is asking for 2FA. I have changed my Smart Phone after that not able to log in to the SFCC Github account. I have followed the below steps but am still not able to.

1. Trying to pass the Access Token

2. Trying to reset or change the password

3. Open a Github Support ticket

4. Follow the Github Online Documentation

I have configured Salesforce slack integration and added Analytics CRM App in slack. I can search for reports and dashboards and share them with others.

Everything is working fine except subscribe dashboard from the Slack option is not available. I don't get that option at all as shown in demo. Did I miss something?

I have done all required steps but still unable to connect the slack app to our production environment. This is the message we get when opening the Home page on that app. Previously we have tested successfully that app connected to our Sandbox environment, so we don't know if that is causing the problems now.

My team has many users who are taking up a Salesforce license only so they can view reports/dashboards in CRM Analytics. We were wondering if the Slack integration could allow us to share that information with them via Slack, without them needing to log in to Salesforce, but from what I'm finding that isn't the case. I just wanted to verify: Would someone need to have a Salesforce and CRM Analytics license in order to receive any data via this Slack app?   (And if anyone has ideas on how we can provide visibility to these CRM Analytics reports without granting Salesforce licenses, that would also be helpful.)  Thanks!
