Request to Delete Developer Edition Org Failed

Hello, 

I tried creating a support case and calling but have failed in my efforts to get through to anyone. AgentForce AI said the Community method was my best channel to get an old developer org deleted. 

I seek the deactivation and permanent deletion of my Developer Edition Org ID: 00DE0000000aULO. 

When I tried to deactivate the org in the Company Information setup, it looked like it might work, but after 30 days I received the email message: “Salesforce org 00DE0000000aULO was marked for deactivation by [me on date]. However, a managed package was uploaded from this org after the deactivation request.” There are no installed packages in the Package Manager, but somehow this org may be considered a packaging org and cannot be self-deactivated (according to AgentForce AI)? 

How might I  deactivate and delete all the data in this org? I'm retired now and no longer need access to this old testing org or any Salesforce administrator announcements. I am aware that this process is irreversible.
