Salesforce has an OOTB feature to send emails when a Contract is approaching it's expiration date.  I cannot get this feature to work, and so far, Salesforce tech support can't get it to work either.  I can send emails to myself from the Contract record, so it's not an email issue.  The Settings/Contract Settings/"Send Contract Expiration Notice Emails to Account and Contract Owners" box is checked.  The Contract is activated.  I'm using the standard Contract Start Date and End Date fields.

I also can't find a Contract Expiration Date email template.

Does anyone else successfully receive these emails using the OOTB Contract Expiration Date feature?

Well, something happened, because I got two test emails for the Contract Expiration Notice over the weekend.  SF tech support says they didn't do anything.

However, I am going to use a Flow and an email template because the Contract Expiration Notice email isn't very good (in my opinion).

Thanks to everyone for trying to help.
