Is it possible to split a string and duplicate other columns in Recipe or Dataflow?

Hi All, I would like to achieve the screenshot transformation of a dataset in Recipe or dataflow . Is it possible?

    Thank you. Yeah I went back to my SF developer and said I can't do this in Analytics. He will build the Bug-Case relation for me in SF.
