Can't activate the "Get Orders By Contact" existing flow

Hi there, 

When I open the "Get Orders By Contact", the flow seems to be already activated, but the "Activate" button is greyed and unclisckable. So I can't proceed any action on this flow.  

Even If I let this flow as it is (activated in grey), the "Add Variables and Filters to Topics and Actions" can't be validated. I have this message :   "

I've tried to creata a new version of this flow and activate it but it does not work as the name is different. 

Can you please help me ?
