I found solution partially what i did is custom sql i have used where clause to restrict PM level the values are matching expected.
instead of 'DDA' i have to use multiple dropdown selection parameters in custom sql Tableau alike IN operator.
Is there any workaround for multi select parameters or with Dimension multiselect filters can we restrict worksheet level data with relevant filter values instead of showing all values from DataSource ?

There isn't a multiselect parameter in Tableau - as Dan notes above you can only have multiselect on a filter. I was responding to the second half of your question - to restrict this to worksheet level data, the filter needs to be changed to a context filter rather than just a quickfilter.
If you are still seeing the full values, its likely that this is just Tableau trying to be intuitive, and relying upon your administrator credentials rather than a user credentials. Try impersonating a user (bottom right of screen, look for your name and click it, follow the bouncing ball to select another user without your power) and see if its still doing it.
