After the Tableau AWS Pod migration to Hyperforce. The Tableau Cloud Pod " us-east-1". The dashboards are not refreshing/not connecting to the Amazon Redshift database.

After the Tableau AWS Pod migration to Hyperforce Update on the Tableau Clod. The Tableau Cloud Pod " us-east-1". The dashboards are not refreshing/not connecting to the Amazon Redshift database.

    Like I told you before, probably you have a security group in AWS that let you connect Tableau Cloud to your Redshift DB.

     

    So, my best recommendation, is you to contact your AWS admin to allow these ips to connect to your Redshift Data Base.
