Hello All,
I work in the Telecom space and we're mapping out services used by our customers. I am trying to show a map of current active customers.
However, my map shows the addresses of where they previously had service (disconnected). I only want to know where they currently have service (active).
I tried using the SI Loc Stat in the filter and changed the value to "active" but that didn't help either.
Any thoughts on what I need to do? Thanks in advance for the help.

Screenshots are helpful for explaining the issue, but they don't necessarily give us what we need to work with to support answering the problem. Can you provide a packaged workbook in order for the volunteers on the forums to help you? If you are unable to share your data you can anonymize your data or you can mock up representative data in a .twbx (packaged workbook) format.
