In tableau desktop, when I set my font to size 12 it displays way bigger. Every single default size in the workbook is set to 12 so there's nothing else that can be overriding it.
It just seems to do it with size 12 fonts up to size 26 - there's workarounds by sizing everything as 13 or 11 but it's still very annoying.

“ something funny going on with scaling - is the customer using an external monitor? I'm assuming he has a high resolution display because mac.
If he saves the font size as 12 and reopens the rich text editing dialog, does it still display 12?”
