I have a data set from 2018-2021. It has surgery count for each month. See the first chart 1 which I created.
The task is, I wanted to create chart like (Jan 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021), (Feb 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021) until Dec. It should be display all 12 months.
Could anyone help me with this

Right, I'm not suggesting swapping rows and columns. Just move your Months pill in front of your Years pill, which will give you something like this:
