Highlight different lines in Chart with different colors ?

Hi All,

I have a data with different levels of discrete data and in that Actual is greater than Target then line should be in Red color and less than it should be in Green color. But I am getting some gaps between the lines as show below in the screen shot.

For the above logic, I have created some calculated fields to get it. Since it is confidential data, not sharing any workbook and data.

Please help me on how to approach this.
