Tableau Ask one dimension

To ask a question on tableau pulse and get a visual on a metric broken down into 2 dimensions.
The question: show me the sales by Region and Territory.
in Tableau Ask we are not getting the result of 2 dimensions

Do you have those dimensions loaded into Tableau ?
Have you generated the Ask Data assistant on the dataset ?
What does the Ask Data auto-fill suggest ?
