Is there any way where I can create different actions(hyperlink) for different worksheets i.e. each worksheets will have its own action. Is it possible?? Your inputs will be of great help

I am creating a portal which will have list of all reports and user can select any report and it will redirect the user to corresponding url or report. I created different sheets for different reports and gave actions on each sheet. But I am unable to give individual actions to individual sheets.
