Hi, I have started with Tableau Desktop? While following your tutorial I am not able to see the union symbol( the venn diagram) between the 2 objects Orders, Global Superstore Returns

you are probably on 2020.2 which has a new UI on the data source page

on hover and double click on the file icon as show - it will take you to the previous UI view that is like the tutorial
