Hi All,
We are seeing a strange case of multiple tabs displayed on the csv export dialog. We always see Summary & Raw.
But for a specific dashboard, we see that there are additional tabs displayed along with Summary but no Raw data tab is displayed.
Looks like some of the tabs are view names. Attached is a screenshot of what we see.
We are embedding the dashboards using the JS API and tableau js version is tableau-2.5.1.min.js
Any help on how to fix the issue would be really great, Thanks.
I am seeing the same behavior from one of my dashboards, using Worksheet|Export|Crosstab to Excel .
I'm commenting to confirm the behavior and track follow-up responses.
Using Tableau Desktop 2019.4.xx, Win 64
The characteristics of the dashboard that I note in my example that are atypical...
- the worksheet that the dashboard uses as the primary source uses dual axis
- uses multiple place-holding calculations, each with a different measure value
- uses only one data source with NO "joins" or "relationships" in Tableau data source window
