When I subscribe the dashboard to different users, only the part of dashboard that is visible is sent as pdf with scroll bars. I want to send the whole data as pdf and create schedules to send emails. Is any work around to send the whole of data in the pdf?

Set a subscription on the worksheet with the table, not the dashboard. For some reason, Tableau Server handles exporting worksheets and dashboards differently. When exporting a worksheet with a long table, it will break the entire table into multiple pages, but when it exports a dashboard it'll only give you the visible portion of the table with a scroll bar. One thing to note is that when Tableau implemented the PDF subscriptions, they didn't include the formatting controls for the pdf (page layout, paper size, etc.) - Changing page orientation for PDF subscriptions in v2019.3. That means that any pdf generated through a subscription will be portrait on letter sized paper. The page length isn't really an issue because it'll break the worksheet's table into multiple pages, but if your table is really wide you'll probably run into page width issues. I'm not sure if Tableau Server will compress everything to fit on one page across or if it'll break the table in multiple pages for the width like it does the length.
