We tested transferring attachments from Leadoo forms to Salesforce using the MC Next Form Handler in sandbox environment. The attachments were transferred as URLs into a Rich Text field type, and users could open attachment links directly in their browsers. The test was successful, so we moved the solution to production. 

To our surprise, the MC Next Form Handler did not support the Rich Text field type in the production environment. Salesforce Support provided the following information: "At this time, there is no confirmed ETA for when Rich Text field support will become available in the Marketing Cloud Next Form Handler." 

We hope that the use of rich text fields in the MC Next Form Handler will be enabled as soon as possible also in production environment. The Text Area (long) field type is not user-friendly for this purpose, as attachment URLs must be copied into the browser one by one.
