Hey All, Has anyone experienced an issue with multi-Record-Type inline editing

and picklist restrictions? 

When editing normally, the picklist correctly shows only values allowed for that Record Type. 

However, in a list view containing multiple Record Types, inline editing shows values from both Record Types. 

Users can also select and save a value that should be restricted to another Record Type. 

Is this a known limitation/issue, or is there a configuration/workaround to enforce Record Type-specific picklist values?  

Validation rule can't be used as we have 100+ Record types with multiple objects & picklist fields.
