Is there a Salesforce AppExchange solution for managing elected officials (Contacts) linked to municipalities (Accounts), including roles and term start/end dates, with recurring updates every election cycle?

We currently manage municipalities as Accounts and elected officials as Contacts, with their roles, start dates, and end dates tracked through Account Contact Relationships. Every four years, we add new contacts and update existing records to reflect election changes.

Is there an app available on the Salesforce AppExchange (or marketplace) that can help manage this process more efficiently? If anyone has experience with a similar setup or can recommend a solution, your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
