By validating expertise in the specialized capabilities of Agentforce Life Sciences and its Agentforce features, this certification ensures successful, compliant, and impactful implementations, directly supporting the customer's transition to a future leader in the life sciences space.
Is this certification exam for you?
Candidates for this exam should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Salesforce Consultant, Architect, Developer, or Business Analyst role, with a proven track record of leading discovery and design phases.
- At least 1 year of experience in the life sciences industry (Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech), with strong knowledge of regulatory environments and commercial and medical workflows.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience configuring Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement, Data 360, and industry-specific object models—for example, HCP and HCO structures, Affiliations, and an understanding of the offline capabilities of the Agentforce Life Sciences mobile app.

- Content: 60 multiple-choice questions and up to five unscored questions
- Time allotted to complete the exam: 105 minutes
- Passing score: 62%
- Version: Exam questions align to the Spring ’26 release
- Registration fee: US$200, JPY¥30,000, plus applicable taxes as required per local law
- Retake fee: $100, ¥30,000, plus applicable taxes as required per local law

- Prerequisite: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
