Hello,

I am completely locked out of my Salesforce org due to MFA.  I recently changed my phone and lost access to Salesforce Authenticator.

I am the only user and system administrator of this org, so I have no way to log in and reset MFA myself.

Salesforce keeps asking for a verification code, but Authenticator cannot generate one because it is no longer connected.

I need Salesforce Support to reset MFA or remove Salesforce Authenticator so I can reconnect on my new device.

Could a Salesforce moderator please help escalate this issue?
