I have attached the correct workbook .
What I want is to be able to sort Office Supplies in the Category in Descending order.
Something like what Mike has shown , however since there is a table calc in this view, I was looking for some suggestions as thaw to achieve this.

Hi Rishi
1.in the color legend, hide the other two Categorys
2.click on the axis to sort
3.right click on the color legend again to show hidden data
4.done
