We have a core group that have published some critical dashboards - we need a way to know as early as possible when the extract refreshes fail - Currently I am looking in admin view and selecting Background tasks for extracts and looking for those which failed. Has anyone automated this process, we need a process that will allow others to check this as well.
we are currently on 9.3.5. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Workgroups Database Please check the data dictionary and use the required tables and join with the existing query.
Also, You can't have the same name for a workbook in two different projects.
