Hey all,    My team is working on setting up Enhanced Chat for Web. There are options in the Branding section to add an image to the chat button. However, when adding this button to our website, we've found that the images will not load. We made sure the images were saved to a publicly available part of salesforce, and have even tried with images hosted outsides of salesforce, and still no success.     Does anyone know where these images need to be saved and what file path should be used to make them available for Enhanced Chat?

    @Garrett Smith  Check the browser console while the chat is loading. If you see a message like “Refused to load the image” or any CSP errors, it means the image host isn’t trusted.

    In Salesforce, go to Setup → Browser Policy Violations (/lightning/setup/BrowserPolicyViolations/home) and check if the image URL is showing as blocked. If it is, add that domain under Setup → Trusted URLs with CSP Context set to “All” and Directive as “img-src”.

    Make sure the image link is a proper HTTPS link with no redirects or login needed. If the image is stored in Salesforce, use the public static resource link as

    @Brescia Falcon Velazco mentioned above.
