Hi, first time asking a question here :) I'm looking for a solution to start tracking phone calls activity made from MS Teams into Salesforce. I just can't understand why Einstein Activity Capture doesn't pick those up... I came across these guys on the app exchange (MS Teams Call Logs) but I can't find any reviews anywhere online. Has anyone used them before? Any other recommendations?
