Reuirement : Need a AI Agent to search the relevant information from the existing data in Salesforce system.
Suppose if I search for "Who is the biggest Customer for my company" or "Who subscribed most Products of our company", then the AI Agent should to make a holistic search on all data and it should show the results. Likewise if we search for "Tell me the latest data of Customers who is having issue with some specific Product of a company", then it has to scan whole data like Cases, Emails(Salesforce Emails), Case Comments..etc and based on its intelligence it has to show the details.
Can someone suggest the steps on how to achieve this. Thank you in advance.
