Job Title: Salesforce Architect/ Senior Developer 

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX (Ideally 3-4 days a week from office)

Job Description: 

·        Seeking a Salesforce Architect or Senior Developer to take ownership of the platform’s evolution, work alongside stakeholders, and drive key post-go-live enhancements. 

Responsibilities 

·        Serve as the Salesforce Architect or Senior Developer, responsible for technical direction and hands-on development as needed. 

·        Support and evolve a highly customized Sales Cloud org (custom terminology, renamed objects like Opportunities to “Transactions”). 

·        Collaborate with the in-house Admin and external consultants to manage code, deployments, and platform stability. 

·        Optimize and extend custom APEX and Flows. 

·        Partner with the business to improve adoption, lead/account tracking, and reporting. 

·        Work on ongoing ERP (AccountingSeed) integrations and financial processes. 

Requirements 

·        8+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin + Development + Architecture) 

·        Strong hands-on knowledge of APEX, Flows, and customization on Sales Cloud 

·        Experience with ERP integrations and ideally AccountingSeed 

·        Understanding of banking, financial services, or POS systems 

·        Comfortable operating as both a lead technical resource and a strategic advisor 

·        Strong preference for candidates who can work onsite in Dallas full-time 

·        Excellent communication and long-term employment stability is valued 

Nice to Have 

·        Experience with AccountingSeed 

·        Background in banking or financial institutions 

·        Previous work with AppExchange ERP tools 

Salary Range: Pay Rate is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $120K to $150K Base + Benefits per Annum.
