Dataloader.io after it runs it returns 0 successes

I'm currently working on the Access Governance Superbadge, specifically Challenge 2 - Monitor Data Changes, and I've hit a roadblock.

I'm at the final steps where I need to export records using dataloader.io, but every time I try, it returns "0 success". I've verified that the field history tracking is enabled, and I've used this same data loader for a different Trailhead module recently without any issues, so I'm not sure what's going wrong here.

I've searched for similar issues online and tried various fixes, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else encountered this problem while working on this badge? I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions.
