Open Source] Easy CS – Free Customer Success app for small businesses using Salesforce

Hi everyone! 

I’d like to share a community project I just published: 

Easy CS — a lightweight and open-source Customer Success app designed for small businesses running Salesforce

 as their CRM.  

The idea came from the lack of simple, accessible solutions tailored to post-sales operations in small teams.  

Easy CS offers a basic yet solid structure to help teams get started with Customer Success: 

• Custom objects for Accounts, Engagements, and Tasks
• Pre-configured relationships and page layouts
• Starter dashboards and reports
• User manual included (PDF)
• Easy deployment via SFDX into any Developer Org

This is a free and open initiative — feel free to install, customize, or improve it. I’d love to see the community contribute ideas, enhancements, or even use it as a base for other scenarios (support, onboarding, post-sales, etc).
