In CRM Analytics, I created a dataset with 3,000 rows and 4 columns and successfully built a predictive model to forecast "Occurrence." While I can view the model and its insights, the "Deploy Model"

button remains deactivated or unclickable.

How to deploy model in einstein discovery which predicts

Interestingly, when I change the model's outcome to anything other than

"Occurrence,"

the deploy option becomes available.

Does anyone have insights into why this might be happening?

    Hi @Ashwini Garwandha

    Thanks for your reply,

    • I have the CRM Analytics Plus Admin permission set assigned to my user.
    • Following the standard steps, I prepared a dataset using a CSV file, created a model from it, and successfully viewed the data insights. However, despite having the necessary permissions, I am unable to deploy the model when the outcome is set to "Occurrence"—the "Deploy Model" button remains deactivated.
    • Also as I mentioned in the description, if I change the outcome to anything other than "Occurrence," I can successfully deploy the updated model. So I think there is no any issue with permissions!
