New Idea - Using AI to find Appropriate Match Rules

After the data ingestion, we need to write the match rules for Identity Resolution (IR match rules). Right now, this process is all manual and time taking and we often need to explore deep into the data before we finalize the rules via multiple iterations.

Is it possible to have some AI intelligence doing this job of scanning the dataset and finding the appropriate rulesets that can provide good unification.

It came up during one of our client meetings that writing the IR rules manually is time taking, and it requires a good understanding of the data context as well as data quality before finalizing the rules. Use of some AI-based automation can help save good amount of time and resources (credits). For example, if we could have some agent that could tell that how many records have blank values for phone numbers, or how much variance is there in the 'country name' fields.
