Hello! I am new to the Salesforce ecosystem and am confused when navigating the hands on training through Trailhead. It seems there are areas that require a Salesforce Production Environment. Do I have to purchase a Salesforce license that includes sandbox environments or is there another way to go through these trainings on Trailhead that I am unaware of?
I'm currently stuck trying to figure out how to create a sandbox and test some products.

In order to try hands on various trailhead modules, in respective module you can create you own trail org and do all challenges there
