trying to import a csv file into my org for the opportunity object but cant seem to get the mapping right, any suggestions?

@Caleb Asigbey You have to use the OwnerId (Salesforce User ID) for mapping whilst inserting or even updating Opportunity records. Owner Alias cannot be mapped during data upload on the Opportunity object.
