We have a use case where the bot will ask the question with a predefined question using static or dynamic action in Bot Builder. For example: "Issue related to => option 1. Sales 2. Service." This is clickable as I am using two options. If the user selects "Sales," I am redirecting to another dialog: "How can I help with the Sales module?" Now, if the user scrolls up and selects "Service" for the already sent initial message, my bot is not responding. I can't see this response in my logs either.
Please let me know is there anything we are missing or it's a limitation with einstine bot.

You are selecting option 1 in the bot and then scrolling back up to select option after that ?
I don’t think the bot supports that, once you select an option it goes down one route and the other option cannot be selected by scrolling back up as far as I know.
You would have to give another option to redirect to the main menu that had option 2 or you can create a re direct to option 2.
