I tried to create a developer edition or for a badge but I'm not receiving the verification email from 2 days.

@Keiji Otsubo Thanks for the help! It appears that there is some issue with the DEV playgrounds being setup when you go to sign up. I put in a case earlier this week and am hoping for some response because it's impacting my ability to complete some modules I need to complete.
