Hi there!

I am in the process of deploying a Web-to-Lead form, but I’ve encountered some issues with the reCAPTCHA integration. The form appears to submit normally, but no lead is being generated in Salesforce, and when I check the Google reCAPTCHA admin console, no assessments are being created either.

I’ve already verified that the frontend configuration for reCAPTCHA is complete, but it seems there is an issue with the backend setup. Specifically, I received the following messages:

  • "Your key isn't requesting assessments," which indicates that the backend verification isn't fully configured.
  • "Finish setting up your key: Request scores," meaning the form is requesting tokens (executes) but not the scores (assessments), which are needed to fully protect my site.

Given that the backend is connected to Salesforce, I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue before and might know why the leads aren’t being generated and assessments created. Could it be something with how reCAPTCHA is interacting with Salesforce Web-to-Lead? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Thomas

    Thomas,

I am having an issue with the Web-To-Lead V2 + reCAPTCHA keys HTML code. The HTML code given by Salesforce for the header is being rejected in Salesforce Experience Builder. As the web-to-lead into the CRM is a Salesforce backend function, I don't want to use non-approved SF code.

Do you have any insights to this?
