We have a Recipe which ingest multiple datasets (csv uploads) , we have scheduled to run after events whenever any one of the ingested datasets gets refreshed with new csv , I am seeing that though dataset gets refreshed but recipe doesn't trigger to run automatically. What can be the issue

The event based scheduling waits for all selected jobs to be done, not just for any of it. This means, if you selected two CSV uploads to trigger the recipe, both CSV uploads need to be finished after the last run of the recipe.
