I was wondering if anyone has found a way to query all the video calls that have been logged against a record (in this case an opportunity) using ECI (einstein conversation insights).
The use case is the following:
A sales person need to ask copilot if a specific request was made on any of the video calls recorded against an opportunity.

Update: If someone is looking for a solution for this you will achieve it with the following combination:
1. Actions: You will need the "Get Activities Timeline" and "Explore conversation"
2. Instructions: Make sure you add an instruction similar to these:
- The action "GetActivitiesTimeline" must be called directly prior to this action to get a single record ID as input.
- If the GetActivitiesTimeline action is part of the plan, it must run before Exploreconversation
