I have a date field on Contact records, and I want a task to be created whenever that date field equals Today's date. I can't seem to figure out how to build a Flow with that criteria, as it only gives the option to input a specific date, and I can't seem to just say Field equals TODAY like I would on a report. Thank you!

Another way to approach this is just having a record-triggered flow create the task when a Contact is created with an employment end date or when the employment end date is updated, and then fill the Due date on the task with the Employment End Date. You can then set a reminder when the Due date is reached.
