We are able to see order in the bm for short period of time , after then it suddenly disappear what could be the reason ?

I have seen this happen when the order creation and payment processing was done in the same transaction, and when an error occurred at the end of this transaction the whole transaction was rolled back, so also the order creation. After that the order could not be found anymore in the BM, but the PSP still had a record of it.
