You now have access to the new Marketing app, which includes the latest version of Marketing Cloud Growth. It replaces the previous Marketing app, which is now named Marketing (Original).
What do I need to do?
To access the new Marketing app, open the App Launcher and select Marketing.
The new Marketing app maintains most of the settings from the Marketing (Original) app. It includes access to all your campaigns and reports. However, you must reconfigure user access and recreate the customizations that you want to keep. Learn more in Help.
After you finish setting up the new Marketing app, to avoid using outdated tools, remove user access to the Marketing (Original) app.
Why is this change happening?
We’ve made improvements to the back end to provide a more streamlined user experience.
What if I don’t take action?
We will eventually stop supporting the Marketing (Original) app, which may impact your business. Details will be announced later.
