Currently we have one email address for any email that goes out of Marketing cloud. But we would to set up few more email addresses for different types of communications. How do we do that?

As you may already know, only one email address can be managed for all subscribers in Marketing Cloud.
To enable sending from multiple emails, the solution is to always switch to a scenario that ends in a single day and select the email address from the entry source as the default email address. This ensures that sending is always possible with the email address stored in the entry source.
Several of the companies I'm advising have found success by following this approach.
