We have a requirement for providing visibility to a specific set of Account Specialists to Parent Account along with all Child records in the Account Hierarchy. Additionally this should provide visibility to all associated Transactions like Oppty/Cases etc. To achieve this we assigned the Users to the highest level node of Account Hierarchy, but these team members are not able to view the Child Accounts on that hierarchy. We do have "Grant Access using Hierarchies") enabled on OWD for Accounts as well. Any settings we are missing?
