I am working on my first project as a BA and I’ll also lead as the project manager. Looking for any advice, resources, templates, tools or videos that can help me be more successful. Hello @Yoddit McLean, it will depend on the methodology / tooling you will need to use.
You can have a look at Agile methodology to design functionally the business requirements, and make your client validate them before implementing them. You can use any tools your company may have (Jira for product definition and sprint planning, Confluence for documentation) or Agile Accelerator Labs to do it in your Salesforce instance (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N30000000ps3jEAA)
