Hello everyone, we are in the process of implementing Field Service.
I wanted to share my use case with you and discuss the use of FSL with you. :)
We are a distribution company.and We have trucks with spilt tanks in order to carry more products.
the main constraint is the capacity of the tank.
My idea is to create the crew with driver and truck and have the possibility in the gant to schedule appointments by this team.
I have doubts about how to manage the double tank with double capacity for different products, maybe create the Tank1, tank2 and Driver Crew?
what do you think?

Could you give some more details, what do you mean with tank capacity? If you want to check available products on a truck, you could use a work rule of type count.
