How can I switch on and start defining Territories in my Sandbox org

I am working now in my Sandbox with System Admin rights. I can find nor activate Territories

    Thank you for pointing this out, but it does not work. When I enter "Terri" in the quick find of setup, I only see this subject. STATE AND COUNTRY/TERRITORY PICKLIST
