Like others, we are new to Messaging and we were in the process of implementing Live Chat. Given the transition to Messaging, we plan to pivot and move towards Messaging. A couple of key features our Service Agents liked were Sneak Peek and Quick Text. Does anyone know if these features are available in Messaging? If so, any references on how to set them up?

Hi there - definitely a great decision to move to Messaging for Web, it has all the latest innovations and where all engineering focus is right now, Live Chat is in maintenance mode only and will start a end of life process soon.
Quick text - fully supported here, no changes.
Sneak Peek - not supported and won't be. It has various privacy concerns (particularly in certain geographies) to the point where it was decided we won't bring this functionality over to Messaging for Web
