you can follow below steps

1. Navigate to Object Manager:
   • In Salesforce, click on the "App Launcher" (grid icon) in the top-left corner.
   • Type "Object Manager" in the search bar and select it from the results.
2. Find and Select Your Object:
   • In the Object Manager, locate and select the "Travel Approval" object.
3. Navigate to Search Layouts:
   • Inside the "Travel Approval" object, look for a section on the left sidebar called "Search Layouts for Salesforce Classic" or "Search Layouts for Lightning Experience and Mobile."
   • Click on the appropriate option based on whether you are working in Salesforce Classic or Lightning Experience.
