Hi,I have this situation is it possible to know when a user is added to a queue, Once the user is added onto queue.Would like to have field update based on the user adiition to user queue.Please let me know.Thanks in advance.
Unfortunatelly you can't do that. The data representing which user is added to the queue is stored in the Group / Group Member objects. Currently no triggers are supported on these objects.
